Edward Collard is an Agent at Mass Realty.

Bio:

Ed Collard has nearly 25 years of experience in the real estate field as a licensed appraiser and agent. In that time, Ed has steered clients through temperamental market climates, experiencing rising and falling home values. Whether working with a first time buyer or seasoned investor, Ed caters to the needs of each client with an attentive ear and a deep knowledge base. He understands that today's market demands a mastery of modern marketing tools and applications, and he balances those cutting edge skills with a personable, old-fashioned approach of building relationships and delivering results.

As a resident of Central Massachusetts, he has an innate understanding of the real estate market and property values within Hampden, Hampshire, and Worcester counties. As an appraiser, Ed covers the area from the New Hampshire/Vermont state lines to the Connecticut/Rhode Island state lines.

Ed is currently president of the Board of Directors for the Sturbridge Worship Center. In his free time, he enjoys volunteering for community activities. But his favorite activity is spending time with his children and grandchildren.
