Since founding 241 Fitness, Bryant has added a number of talented professionals to her team including director and younger class teacher at the Woods Hole Child Center Annie Clarkin and nutrition and physical fitness expert Dianne Greathead, among others.

"We offer more than 25 classes per week," Bryant said. "These classes vary from Stretching and Yoga to Cardio Kickboxing and Interval Training. Most of these classes offer 2 instructors to assist the class participants with correct form and exercise variations."

Beyond these exceptional fitness training classes, 241 Fitness offers rewarding specialty classes and programming such as stellar meditation workshops, unique sound therapy treatments, top of the line nutrition programs, special guest speakers on wellness, and fun seasonal events and fundraisers for the whole family.

Bryant's impassioned commitment to maintaining a welcoming, engaging social atmosphere has helped elevate 241 Fitness to its vaunted status as an exceptional community center for both fitness and community advocacy on Cape Cod. Locals and travelers alike have come to embrace the unmatched enthusiasm of 241's inspired staff.

"No membership is required, so ditch the workout, and join the party," Bryant said. "Take a single class, share a punch card or join by the month! We are located within the Falmouth Sports Center at 33 Highfield Drive in Falmouth."

At 241 Fitness, working out is a party, and everyone is invited, no matter their age, weight, or level of experience.
