Beaujolais Catering: Bringing Your Culinary Ideas to Life

With custom-made menus and expertly trained staff, Beaujolais Catering has made a name for itself in the Massachusetts area. Owner and Chef Michelle Noska relishes in the creative aspects of her business. Event planning can be painstaking work, but Noska and her team have the catering process down to a science.

With an eye to every last detail, the Beaujolais team's top priority is satisfying the client's taste, budget, and personal style. Offering wedding, celebration, and corporate catering, Beaujolais also staffs smaller, private events at clients' homes.

"In addition to providing our crowd-pleasing food, we offer expertise in all areas of event planning [such as] special themes, equipment rental, linens, bartending, and a seamless timeline," Noska said. "We are recommended by many of the Boston area's premier event sites."

Indeed, Beaujolais' rave reviews speak for themselves. Exceeding even the most demanding of client expectations, Noska knows how to put together the perfect party and please any palate. Whether it's a casual company party, a holiday shindig, or a dressed-up affair, Beaujolais delivers impeccable service, fresh food, and beautiful presentation.

The corporate lunch menu includes fan favorites such as the grilled salmon with smoked tomato vinaigrette, the Mediterranean quinoa, and Thai peanut chicken. For vegetarian lovers, the Portobello and spinach wraps with brie and roasted peppers and the grilled vegetables with balsamic reduction are not to be missed.

"The menu features everything from creative corporate sandwich luncheons to high end dinner with roast duck and tenderloin," Noska said. "We are easygoing and can serve the food in your preferred style, for example, buffet, plated, stations, family style or a cocktail party where the guests mingle and enjoy a cocktail."

For a birthday party, perhaps the sliders station might do the trick. With succulent BBQ pulled pork, freshly grilled hamburgers with gorgonzola, and the five spice vegan burger with spicy soy aioli, your guests will be well taken care of. Noska can personalize any station to fit a guest's exact specifications. In effect, the sample menus on the Beaujolais site are malleable templates that can be adapted to any type of occasion.

"Our food [and service are] fabulous; Beaujolais [staff have] years of experience," she said. "We take care of the details [like] rental items, alcohol and bartending, cakes, DJ's, and planning the timing of the event to ensure a smooth, worry-free party."
