Chaffee Coaching Offers Personalized Training to Help Members Meet their Fitness Goals

Owner/Trainer Bill Chafee has years of experience in sports coaching and impressive credentials as a leading ski instructor and certified guide. But the best thing about his fitness coaching may be the personalized service he provides, as well as the motivation and inspiration. Chaffee's own description of his work is low-key in a recognizably Yankee way: "I help clients reach their fitness goals through knowledgeable evaluation and creating personalized exercise programs for each individual. Personal training is a logical choice for Chaffee, given his background and experience: "I have been interested in fitness for my own sake for years, and have coached high school and college ski racing for over 30 years. Expanding into fitness training is a natural fit for me. I have experience training pre- and post- natal women, sport specific training for all sports including obstacle course racing and general over-all fitness training for all ages and abilities."
