Throughout Berkshire County there are five specific areas in which investors will find it profitable to invest. These areas are great for investors because they are where people want to live, which is exactly what investors want; a place where they can quickly turn a profit from because people are eager to live in that particular community.


What makes Richmond such a great location for investors is the fact that it's a community in which upscale living is commonplace. Estate living is popular here, though many are older and in need of remodeling.
