Mobile Sauna Brings Health Benefits and Social Relaxation To Your Backyard

By S. Mathur

Saunas have been around for thousands of years, and have been used by many different cultures around the world to promote health and well being. Nordic, Russian, Chinese, Japanese and Turkish cultures have made the sauna an important part of strategies for overall wellness. The sauna offers stress relief, relaxation and skin cleansing. It's also been a social occasion and meeting place, and a place to catch up with old friends and exchange gossip.

Now you no longer need to travel to Finland or Turkey to experience the health benefits of the sauna. With the invention of Mobile Sauna by a company based on Quincy, MA, the sauna can come to you.

"As we know, since ancient times, sauna was a sanctuary for recovery," inventor Mark Rozman said. "Today, this is especially important, as oftentimes we are busy taking care of others and tend to procrastinate when it comes to our own health. Step into the the Sauna and close the door to the rest of the world!"

Rozman and his mother Natalie invented the Mobile Sauna to help with problems resulting from his weakened immune system and the resultant tendency to develop bronchitis, colds and pneumonia. Natalie Rozman combined her training in mechanics and mathematics with a degree in natural healing to develop alternative therapies to treat these problems. These led, over time, to the Mobile Sauna, which can travel practically anywhere.

"The sauna helps to relieve stress, fight illness, flush toxins, improve the cardiovascular system, induce deeper sleep, cleanse the skin and burn calories," Rozman said. With the added advantage of mobility, these benefits are available anywhere, anytime.

The Mobile Sauna is also great for a backyard party.

"Lots of customers are using our sauna bus not just for health benefits but also for family and friends' gatherings, BBQs on the back yard, corporate events, birthday parties or any other celebrations, outdoor events and much more," Rozman said.

The sauna bus itself is a great location for a party, with a TV, sound system with karaoke, and a small fridge. There's a small kitchen and lounge that can seat up to ten people. Guests can try herbal treatments for asthma and diabetes. Mobile Sauna also offers massages, Reiki, aromatherapy and more. In fact, with a range of spa and wellness treatments, it's a highly affordable alternative to a day spa. And it's easily shared with friends and family.

Mobile Sauna reservations can also come with alternative therapies like yoga and acupuncture. Acupuncture can be used to treat a variety of disorders ranging from insomnia through breathing problems and osteoarthritis to different kinds of pain.
