Elizabeth Hunter is the founding Artistic Director of Theatre@First and has directed 12 shows with them, including this year's 10th anniversary production of ​​"Rosencrantz & Guildenstern Are Dead," the show that started it all. She also occasionally appears on stage, most recently as Hecuba (​​"Trojan Women") and as Mrs. Hawking, Victorian vigilante, in staged readings of the original dramas ​​"Mrs. Hawking" and ​​"Vivat Regina." She lives in Davis Square, Somerville with her husband and their daughter, and is proud to be part of the vibrant Somerville arts community. ​​
