Leo, I did manage to find some time to seal and refinish the chimney. The moment of truth came yesterday when I went into the attic after a long steady rainfall to find the former leak site completely dry. The spot I suspect is at the joint between the concrete cap and the stucco on the front side of the house. There was a crack there that lined up with water flow marks down the side of the chimney. I think the water was able to curl under the cap to that crack and then pass behind the stucco to cause the leak. I am now very happy to have a completely watertight roof that should stand up to winter ice and snow for a long long time. Thanks again for your work and for the trip you made to assess the leak. With any luck, you won't hear from me for a long time about the new roof. I wish you and your crew success in your business and in life

Leo, I've been meaning to email you to say how much Denise and I appreciate you coming down to finish the roofing around the chimney. We are still pleasantly shocked you didn't charge us for all your work, we've never had that happen with a contractor and that really says a lot about you and how you do business, it is appreciated. Hope you and the guys had a nice dinner at Pacific Buffet, we like the place a lot. Please feel free to send us any and all references for Cool Flat Roof for IB products, or any other jobs as we will always be happy to give you a great reference. It has been a pleasure doing business with you. Thanks again,
Ted and Denise - Wallingford, CT
